Is SERI18 safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Every SERI18 product is formulated without occlusive silicones, parabens, alcohol and oils — the four most common irritants in conventional skincare. Our formulas use Centella Asiatica and Panthenol specifically to soothe and repair the skin barrier, making them suitable for reactive and sensitive skin types. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, we recommend a patch test first.
What makes SERI18 different from other skincare brands?
Most skincare brands choose between 'natural' and 'effective.' SERI18 does not accept that trade-off. We use six clinically validated actives — silk peptide, hyaluronic acid, lactobacillus, ectoin, Centella Asiatica and panthenol — at concentrations that produce measurable results. Every product is dermatologically tested and free from the ingredients that compromise your skin barrier.
What order should I apply SERI18 products?
The SERI18 routine is designed to layer cleanly: Mist first to hydrate and prime, followed by Serum to treat and target specific concerns, then Moisturiser to lock in hydration and protect your barrier. Use the Face Mask two to three times per week as a standalone treatment after cleansing. The Power Boost Ampoule can be mixed with your serum or applied as a targeted treatment before moisturiser.
